As aTechnology Engineer Lead in emailrouting,you willplay a cross functional leadership role in ensuring the stability,security, andcompliant email deliverythat support Capital Group's business functions.The ideal candidate has deepexpertisein Microsoft Exchange Online, hybrid configurations, and modernemail security practices, including anti-spam/virus protection, secure messaging, and advanced threat mitigation.Youare a point of escalation for complex and difficult integration issues andapplyexpert level technical and analytical abilities toidentify, communicate, and resolve complex issues to minimize impact on critical business functions.You willalso provide guidance and mentoring to less senior engineers. Substantial Microsoft platform knowledge is a fundamental requirement for this role. You bring deepexpertisein platform engineering and a strong understanding ofemail routing, enablinga critical productivity channel for internal and external communications. You will work closely with Legal, Product Management, Architecture, and Information Security todeliver and supportwith care, enforce governance, and ensure compliance.
