The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Overview: The Administrative Assistant will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance and will be responsible for performing a number of high level administrative duties for a couple of Senior Executives. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has extensive previous experience as an Administrative Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies. Ultimately, you must be able to anticipate and address the needs of the executive team and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company's workflow runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
