Seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support the development testing of a missile subsystem re-design using existing Test Stations.

Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.

You will play a key role in providing technical support for all phases of testing.

As the Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite:

* Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans and procedures

* Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events

* Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for program hardware

* Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing

* Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing test equipment

* Prepare for and Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and final reports/presentations

Experience:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM discipline with 5 years of professional experience.

* 3+ years experience with common lab equipment: Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies

* 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office applications

* 3+ years experience with Electronic Testing

* 3+ years experience with User Acceptance Testing

* 3+ years experience with Electrical Troubleshooting

* 3+ years experience with Mechanical/Electrical Concepts

* 3+ years experience writing technical documents and end-user documentation

* 3+ years experience with Evaluating Technical Reports

* 1+ years experience with Engineering Design Principles

Desired Skills:

* Ability to analyze complex designs & create test solutions that optimize quality/cost/schedule variables.

* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and able to communicate effectively with external customer and internal leadership about technical status/issues.

* Familiar with uncommon lab equipment: pressure and vacuum chambers, optical measurement equipment

* Foundational knowledge of troubleshooting analog and digital electronics

* Experienced writing skills for Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test Reports.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) includes Hard toed ESD Shoes/boots and protective eyewear.
