As a Security Officer - Patrol Specialist CRE in Sherman Oaks, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated commercial real estate locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and engaging with tenants and visitors, contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the commercial real estate location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any irregularities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to support a secure environment for tenants and guests.
• Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and any suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific policies.
• Communicate with property management and/or emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
