Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant you will need to have strong data input skills, must have strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You must have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, strong typing, record keeping, filing skills, and handle multiple phone calls.

You will report to the site manager and be located at the Allen Steam Station.

* Work overtime based on our needs including weekends.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Work with office equipment (faxes, scanners, copiers)

* Pass security background

* Leadership experience.

* Occasional travel to other work sites.

* Valid Driver's License.
