The Corporate Operations Project Manager will work closely with the VP, Corporate Operations to coordinate and manage the Velocity Suite program, driving clarity, alignment, and execute excellence across teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a foundational understanding of SaaS and customer engagement with solutions. This person helps ensure program objectives are translated into actionable plans, documented and completed. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: Serve as central point for internal teams on project status or other project information Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and according to requirements and expectations Continuously monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, support mitigation strategies, and help maintain program momentum through proactive communication to senior team members Contribute to process enhancements and best practices for program governance, execution, and measurement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Maintains clear, up-to-date, and easily understood project documentation, including charters & work plans, project scope, requirements, resources, delivery timelines, and measures of success Support team adoption of reporting dashboards and identify opportunities to enhance/improve reporting Capture notes, decisions, and feedback from critical meetings and discussion, and archive these with other project documentation Develop project timelines that are accurate and kept up-to-date; communicate changes proactively to appropriate parties Coordinate with other capabilities as appropriate to make certain that necessary leadership attends reviews, etc Basic Qualifications: Project management SaaS customer engagement experience Experience ensuring program objectives are translated into actionable plans, documented and completed Experience maintaining project documentation, including charters & work plans, project scope, requirements, resources, delivery timelines, and measures of success Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Microsoft Suite, etc) Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future Travel <25% Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience in a project management and/or business analyst role Experience with Infor Velocity suite and product roadmap Location: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX (Hybrid - in office 3 days/week) About Infor Infor is where ambition meets impact.
