The Role
The Digital Experience team is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience Manager that works cross-functionally to enhance the overall digital customer experience. As an integral part of the team, this role will contribute to creating the strategy and execution of email and on-site communication with existing MyPresidio customers.

Responsibilities include:



  • Oversees customer experience initiatives, drives satisfaction, and manages cross-functional projects.
  • Anticipate and adapt to changing business and market conditions
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in strategy discussions with senior leadership
  • Troubleshoot issues, handle complaints, and escalate with solution options
  • Contribute to annual growth objectives
  • Identify and support process improvement opportunities to meet company and customer expectations
  • Leverage performance data to identify actionable insights and improvements
  • Partner with leadership to address operational bottlenecks and trends
  • Translate complex quantitative data into impactful recommendations
  • Implement process improvements for operational excellence and scalability
  • Use data to derive strategic insights and present recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program and process improvements
  • Share insights to foster collaboration and innovation
  • Provide timely updates on program performance and key metrics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational/data challenges with clear communication and sustainable solutions



Required Skills and Professional Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing
  • 7-10+ years in digital or customer experience roles
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Results-oriented, detail-focused, and strong commercial/business insight
  • Proven project management and process improvement experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Appcues (or similar tools)
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM software and social media tools
  • Data-driven, with experience structuring and interpreting data for strategic decisions
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of measurable improvements
  • Highly organized team player with a customer-centric attitude
