Teller / MSR I

Location: Berlin, NH

Pay:$19/hr+ and incentives

As a Member Service Representative I, you'll be the face of Lighthouse Credit Union-proactively identifying member needs and referring them to products and services that enrich their financial lives. You'll handle routine transactions, initiate meaningful conversations, and serve as a single point of contact to build lasting relationships.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and fraud packets with accuracy and courtesy- Balance your cash drawer/TCR and maintain privacy and security- Provide outstanding service and resolve member issues with care- Initiate conversations to identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen relationships- Conduct warm outbound calls to current members to uncover needs and offer solutions- Support branch operations and assist with audits as needed- Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance policies

• High school diploma or equivalent- 6+ months of experience as a teller, cashier, or in a customer service role- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks- Familiarity with Microsoft Office- Professionalism, courtesy, and diplomacy

• This role is fully onsite in a professional setting. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values growth, innovation, and leadership at every level.
