The Role

We are adding a Mid-Level .NET Full-Stack Developer to our tight-knit, fully remote team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

You will work across our full stack on both mature and green-field products, modernizing legacy codebases while helping us pioneer "agentic coding" workflows using AI agents, autonomous code generation, and advanced tooling. You'll own features end-to-end and have a direct, measurable impact on the product and the company.

Requirements



  • 3+ years of professional experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET 6+)
  • Strong modern JavaScript and comfortable with TypeScript
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and currently reside within the continental United States
  • Stable, high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home-office environment
  • Experience building or using AI coding agents
  • EDUCATION REQUIREMENT - Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field


Highly Valued Skills & Experience (the more the better)



  • .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile apps
  • Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL
  • Azure cloud services (App Services, DevOps Pipelines, Azure SQL, etc.)
  • Entity Framework Core, clean architecture, dependency injection
  • Automated testing (xUnit, NUnit, integration tests, etc.)
  • Prior work in regulated industries (environmental, oil & gas, manufacturing, compliance)
  • Familiarity with LDAR, fugitive emissions, or EPA regulations is a significant plus
  • Svelte or other modern JavaScript frameworks

Compensation

Salary starting at $100-120k DOE, with bonus opportunity
