Primary Purpose
Owns process performance for a line, cell, or technology module and directs highimpact changes that improve stability, capacity, and cost. Integrates new products and equipment into production through structured validation and knowledge transfer. Duties and Responsibilities * Leads scaleup and validation for new or modified processes and ensures complete, auditable evidence of readiness. * Specifies and justifies equipment or control upgrades; supervises installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing. * Establishes monitoring plans and key indicators that trigger corrective actions and continuous improvement. * Directs complex troubleshooting and implements sustainable fixes that balance safety, quality, cost, and delivery. * Drives layout optimization, material flow, and changeover reduction to increase throughput and flexibility. * Ensures changes meet regulatory and environmental requirements and that documentation and training are current. * Leads crossfunctional reviews and communicates decisions, risks, and mitigations to leadership. * Coaches peers in structured methods (risk assessment, designed experiments, simulation) and review discipline. * Performs other duties as assigned. | |
