Job Summary

In this role, you'll work with complex data sets, build detailed reporting tools, identify trends, and deliver insights that support strategic, data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze large data sets from multiple internal and external sources
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models, including pivot tables, formulas, macros, and interactive dashboards
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights to guide business strategy
• Create clear, accurate, visually compelling reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver meaningful analyses
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity, completeness, and reliability

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
• Expert-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros/VBA, data visualization)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience analyzing large, complex, or multi-source data sets
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Experience with additional tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
