Hanover Research isseekinga strategic and hands-onWorkday Systems Analystto lead the configuration, optimization, and support of our Workday platform. This role serves as a technical lead and trusted advisor acrosstheHuman Resources, Finance& Accounting, and IT teams, ensuringWorkdayisleveragedto its fullest potential to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration

  • Configure andmaintainWorkday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation,Financials, Payroll,Performance,Planning,Procurement,Recruiting, and People Analytics.

  • Analyze and documentsystemconfigurations andhowdata flows across Workday modulestoidentifyopportunities for optimization.

  • Perform hands on configuration and updates (ranging frombusiness processupdates, security, new plans, custom validations, and condition rules) to resolve issues and enhance feature requests.

  • Manage tenant configuration, data loads, user access, and system integrations.

  • Design and buildcustom dashboards and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Assistinthetesting of integrations, security, and annual events.

Stakeholder Engagement & Support

  • Serve as partner to HumanResourcesand Finance& Accountingteams, providing consultationonWorkday best practices.

  • Serve assubjectmatter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities.

  • Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.

  • Act asprimaryliaison with Workday support and implementation partners.

Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead future Workday module implementations, includinggathering requirements, providingsolutionsand impact analysis.

  • Ensuretimelyand budget-conscious delivery of system projects.

  • Evaluate new Workday releases and recommend enhancements.

Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Maintain master data values in Workday (ex:Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations,Compensationetc.)

  • Support legal compliance reporting (EEO, AAP, OFCCP, etc.).

  • Adhere to IT policies andprocedures, including accessand change managementprocesses.

Qualifications

  • 3+years of configuration experience with the Workday Product Suite

  • Experience requiredwithfollowingmodules/process areas:

  • Core HCM, Benefits, Absence,andRecruiting

  • Reportand DashboardBuilding, Business Processes, Security

  • Creating custom dashboards and workforce analytics

  • Experiencepreferred with the following modules / process areas:

  • Core Financials, Procurement,Payroll,Performance,andPlanning

  • Integrations

  • Experience in coordinating and leading cross-functional team projects independently

  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills; VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas

  • Experience developing and supportingcustom calculation fields andcomplex eligibility, validation, and condition rules, would be highly desirable

  • Workday certifications arepreferred.

Education

ABachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Human Resource Management, or a related fields is preferred but notrequired

Compensation

Hanover Research strives to create compensation and benefits programs that are competitive,equitableand fair. The compensationrangefor this role at the company is $100,000 - 120,000. Please note that the base salary offered is contingent on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our base pay range isdeterminedby the role and the market.
