Staffmark Accounting Clerk in Las Vegas, NV Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments promptly. Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements. Record and reconcile A/P and A/R transactions. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation.
