Our team is at a pivotal moment in redefining collaborative productivity, and we're looking for a creative, self-driven, and forward-thinking product leader to own and advance messaging experiences in Microsoft Teams, the fastest growing business application Microsoft's history.In this role, you will envision, design, and deliver new user-facing experiences that make collaboration simple and effective. You will partner with designers, researchers, engineers, and data scientists to refine solutions, run experiments, and engage directly with customers as you shape our roadmap.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, a background in user experience, and a proven ability to foster healthy team culture and connectedness to join the Teams Messaging PM team. ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding product experiences by creating & driving execution of a multi-year vision and strategy.Define durable systems that support features we're building now and experiences we want to support in the future, working across disciplines to bring these experiences to customers.Work with creative and technical peers to deliver pitches, prototypes, experiments, specs, and features.Partner with cross-company leaders to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap.Define success metrics, designing and conducting A/B tests to measure the impact on objectives and key results (OKRs).Build healthy partnerships and working relationships, within our team and across Microsoft.Support the team to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment, staying focused on durable strategy while adjusting how we achieve our goals.Embody our culture and values | |
