- Estimated annual base pay: $133,000 (min) $166,000(mid) $200,000(max)

What You Will Be Doing:
- Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and execute supply chain and sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and performance focused on quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with members and leaders at all levels across multiple functions such as finance, manufacturing, and engineering to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment.
- Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while resolving complex or high-impact issues to maintain operational continuity. Establish short and long-term countermeasures utilizing lean problem-solving tools and methodologies.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage members and leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.

- Risk Management: The ability to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure operational continuity and resilience.
