How You'll Make a Difference

You will use your deep expertise in enterprise-level project and program management, this role demands mastery in prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Acting fully accountable for the delivery, performance, and impact of complex initiatives that span multiple departments and influence broader organizational outcomes.

Leading with authority, ensuring that all activities, procedures, and resources are aligned with the organization's strategic direction. Owning the delivery of key metrics, proactively reporting results, and driving execution with precision and foresight.

Directing and empowering high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. As a core member of the Project & Program Center of Excellence, the PM plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's project management maturity-championing initiatives aligned with PMI's M.O.R.E. vision and enabling agile responsiveness to evolving market conditions through robust planning and execution of the PMI:Next Strategy.

This role is not only accountable for project success but also for shaping the organization's ability to deliver strategic value at scale.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree within a related field (required)
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English) (required)
  • 10+ years of professional work experience in, Program and Project Management.
  • 5-7+ years of matrix organization experience (preferred)
  • Experience and ability to lead across projects towards a common vision. Proven ability to manage agile team environments.
  • Overall understanding of business imperatives and sensitivities and various methodologies.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience aligned with PMI's Talent Triangle and M.O.R.E. framework.
  • Knowledge of industry standard portfolio management software solutions
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work.
  • Capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization.
  • Experience leading teams in an agile, dynamic customer-centric project environment
  • PMP (required) and Agile Certification (preferred)
