Join our Women's Health team as a Integrated Behavioral Health Psychologist and put your expertise to work in a supportive, dynamic environment. You'll provide advanced clinical mental health services in both individual and group settings, helping clients find stability, resilience, and hope.

This role blends clinical excellence, creativity, and collaboration. You'll engage in everything from crisis intervention and assessment to therapy, testing, and consultation. There's also room to grow through clinical supervision, educational presentations, and research opportunities.

You'll be part of a dedicated Women's Health team serving a diverse population, ensuring that every person receives care grounded in sound theory, compassion, and respect.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions that reflect professional practice standards.

  • Conduct psychological testing and evaluations.

  • Deliver crisis intervention and short-term stabilization services.

  • Offer consultation to other treatment providers and community partners.

  • Participate in clinical supervision, educational presentations, and research projects that enhance our organization and community.

  • Manage your workload in a timely, organized, and professional way.

  • Champion quality improvement, patient safety, and cultural diversity in all aspects of your work.

  • Deliver care that meets the unique physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of each patient.

  • Represent the organization with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy in every interaction.

  • Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards, and follow all compliance policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring (Minimum Requirements)
  • Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology.

  • Licensure: Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Missouri or license-eligible.

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience working in an integrated behavioral health setting

  • Expertise: Solid grounding in psychotherapy theory and practice, with basic research skills.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork abilities to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and educate others.

  • Adaptability: Strong independent judgment and the ability to adjust to new responsibilities in a changing environment.

  • Commitment: Completion of required training during orientation and within established timelines.
