Workplace Type: Hybrid Location: Delavan, Wisconsin, 53115-2008, United States About the Role: We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales team by delivering exceptional customer care and sales support. This role involves order entry via phone and email, managing customer expectations, and driving sales growth through effective service. Key Responsibilities: * Provide customer support and order entry using Salesforce and SAP * Handle inquiries via phone and email * Ensure accurate data entry and timely resolution of customer issues * Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs Qualifications * Customer service and support experience * Call center or operations background * Proficiency in data entry, Excel, CRM, and ERP systems * Experience with Salesforce and SAP * Strong customer care and communication skills Work Schedule: * Training onsite for 2-4 weeks * Hybrid schedule: onsite Mon/Tues/Thurs, remote Wed/Fri * Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Contract Type: Indefinite contract with potential for direct hire based on performance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
