Satiaris looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Sales team in Peachtree City, Georgia.

This role serves as an Administrative Assistant, providing comprehensive support to the Satair CCO ( Chief Commercial Officer). The position involves a blend of administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, travel arrangements, and coordinating logistics. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth workflow, and an active interest in providing confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive information.

Just outside of Atlanta is one of ten of Satair's global locations. Established in 1986, this site hosts Commercial, Human Resource, Customer Order Fulfillment (COF), Finance, Product Management, Supply Management Vendor Parts, and Planning team function

Your Challenges:

  • Administer and manage calendars, travel activities and travel expense reports for CCO

  • Communicate on travel advisories issued from governmental agencies/corporate offices

  • Ensure applicable visas are obtained prior to departure for CCO

  • Inform CCO of any deviations from agreed plans

  • Organize, prepare and manage a wide range of documents, including; reports, memos, letters, agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes

  • Assist in planning and arranging workshops, activities, and business events, such as customer meetings, visits, and internal and external events

  • Plan and coordinate meetings - internally and externally (including conf. calls, video conferencing and meeting room set-up)

  • Support CCO in increasing administrative efficiency

  • Support direct report travel and expense processing

  • Keep CCO informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience required

  • 5 years of related experience , preferably in an executive or administrative support role.

  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the organization.

  • The ability to handle various tasks simultaneously and switch between them efficiently.

  • Ability to travel 5% Domestic and International

  • Detail-oriented with excellent proof-reading and writing skills.

  • PC literate - Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including word, excel, database and presentation tools

Physical Requirements:

  • Onsite 60%, remote 40%

  • Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings.

  • Hearing: able to hear to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms.

  • Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.

  • Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts.

  • Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.

  • Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.

  • Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.

  • Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer.

  • Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.

  • Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor.

  • Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice.

  • Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.

  • Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site

  • Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
