Member Care Representative I

Location: Hybrid or Remote

Hours: Full time 40 hours, rotating Saturdays

Pay: $20.00/hr +incentives

You're the voice of Lighthouse.
As a Member Care Representative I (Call Center Representative), you'll be the first point of contact for members reaching out by phone or electronic channels. You'll help resolve questions, guide members through their options, and make sure every interaction ends with clarity, care, and confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to grow their service and sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• Assist members and potential members via phone or electronic channels
• Resolve member issues with a one-call resolution mindset
• Promote Lighthouse products and services that meet member needs
• Follow up with members using our CRM system
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and regulations
• Show up consistently - we count on you to be present and punctual

You'll build trust and rapport with members through clear, professional communication and a service-first mindset.

You'll adapt to new tools and processes, stay informed on policies, and seek out opportunities to grow your skills.

You'll think strategically to resolve issues, match members with the right solutions, and contribute to a one-call resolution environment.

You'll take initiative, follow through on member requests, and promote products that support member goals - all while showing up and being accountable.

This role is hybrid or remote, depending on business needs. Remote team members should expect occasional travel to headquarters or other locations for training or meetings.
