We're looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)-Cross Solution, who is passionate about the need for People & Process to enable our customers' AI transformation on the Microsoft Cloud. You will be part of a team of CSAs leveraging Microsoft Cloud and professional subject matter expertise helping customers achieve business value from their Microsoft investments by focusing on areas such as governance, operations, adoption, Copilot, AI, FinOps, Security Operations and more. ResponsibilitiesYou will drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor and providefeedback & insights from customers/partners as you develop and expand existing impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) and business stakeholders. You will provide direction to TDMs and build the bridge between TDMs and Business Decision Makers (BDMs). You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Successbusiness results and help Customersget value from their Microsoft investments. You will identify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft Cloud and professional subject matter expertise.Deliver according to Microsoft Cloud and industry best practices and using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP). You will identify and evaluate industry trends (customer industry verticals, information technology [IT] industry), gathers customer/partner insights (e.g., feedback around customer preferences, environments, business needs, competitive landscape), and maps organizational best practices and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business outcomes. You will align individual skilling to team/area demands & Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes, share expertise in relevant communities, contribute to IP creation & re-use toaccelerate customer outcomes and connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas and drives changes and improvements to existing Intellectual Property (IP), technologies, and/or processes that enable solutions to scale across customers/partner as you drive consumption acceleration, as well as IP reuse and best practice sharing.
