As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol designated government locations, contributing to a secure environment for all occupants. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations on site in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Report and document observations, incidents, and/or issues encountered during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and/or the public as interactions arise on location.
• Remain alert to potential security-related concerns and promptly escalate issues according to site procedures.
• Follow all site-specific guidelines and instructions provided by Allied Universal and/or the client.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
