As a Security Professional - Telecom Patrol Driver in Maple Grove, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. This is a driving post that involves regular patrols throughout the location, maintaining high visibility and responding to incidents as needed. You will interact with employees and visitors, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Pay Rate: $20.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology, media, and telecommunications location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals or activities within the assigned location.
• Report security-related incidents and/or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or local authorities as needed to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• This position primarily involves driving and is preferred for candidates with driving experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
