The Cloud Pipeline Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the health and accuracy ofthe cloud sales funnel. This role identifies and qualifies upcoming opportunities, creates or updates opportunity records, prepares accurate quotes or configurations, and ensures data integrity for reliable forecasting and timely, compliant proposals. The Specialist collaborates with sellers and internal teams to drive conversion, improve pipeline velocity, and support strategic account planning.

What you'll do

  • Engage sellers in regular pipeline or account-planning touchpoints to discuss deal status, identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities, and align next actions.
  • Maintain opportunity hygiene by updating stages, splits, territories, and customer-specific verbiage to ensure reliable dashboards, forecasts, and commission calculations.
  • Verify wins are logged correctly and ensure pipeline opportunities are converted into executed projects.
  • Track recurring blockers, propose process or tool enhancements, and participate in pilot initiatives to streamline workflows and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and update key pipeline metrics including intake volume, data accuracy, quote turnaround time, stage aging, pipeline value, and conversion rates to reflect real-time funnel health.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant or related experience in cloud pipeline operations, quoting, sales support, or opportunity management, OR
  • 5 years of relevant or related experience without a degree in cloud pipeline operations, quoting, sales support, or opportunity management
  • Comprehensive knowledge ofthe opportunity lifecycle-including sourcing, entitlement or configuration validation, and upsell identification across multiple offering types
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to reconcile pricing, dates, and partner rules across large opportunity volumes
  • Clear, professional communicator who builds rapport with sellers, advisors, partner contacts, and customers while explaining program details concisely
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, meet defined KPls, and adapt to shifting business needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative problem-solver who escalates effectively, proposes improvements, and supports a culture of continuous improvement across the pipeline team
  • Familiarity with key platforms-Salesforce, partner/distributor portals, Quote Automate, Outlook, WebEx, and Teams-and ability to quickly adopt new systems and tools

Pay range: $ 23.00 - $34.00 hourly, depending on experience and skill set
