The OSHA Customer Success Coordinator will be the primary point of support to ensure customer success and satisfaction with the OSHA service provided by Broadspire. The Coordinator will be responsible for the success of the client's program through periodic reporting and reviews, oversight over record determination, and data quality maintenance.




  • Serves on the Cross-Functional Team that supports clients who have purchased OSHA service. Under the direction of the Account Executive, facilitates review meetings with clients to ensure customer success. Works with Account Executives and Claims Operations team to resolve service problems, answer questions, and act as a liaison with internal functional representatives and troubleshoots, following up with all parties for resolution.
  • Facilitates the implementation of the OSHA service model by setting up the recordkeeping and reporting tools.
  • Reviews claim data with clients using various reports and tools to articulate, administer, and manage processes for updating claims across systems.
  • Generates OSHA Logs; provides advice and counseling to internal and external clients on meeting recordkeeping and reporting criteria.
  • Collaborates with technical operations to maintain and update the business requirements for enhancing the tools leveraged in the OSHA service model.
  • Ensures successful submission of OSHA reports and meeting all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Supports sales initiatives as an OSHA by providing input to marketing materials as well as engaging in sales conversations.
  • Gain and maintain expertise in OSHA recordkeeping regulations through various means, such as taking online courses and reading official documentation.

  • Bachelors degree from a college or university preferred.
  • 1-3 years related experience.
  • Capable of quickly learning new tools.
  • Experience with excel at least at a beginner level is required.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate tables of data to draw conclusions and identify trends.
  • Excellent logic; creative and critical thinking skills; solutions-focused.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Highly organized thinking, writing and presenting so that key points are delivered powerfully and clearly.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Related experience in claim services preferred.
  • Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services.
