We're building a dream team of 15 customer service pros to join our Loss Drafts Call Center in Daytona Beach, FL. If you thrive under pressure, love solving problems, and want to help homeowners get the support they deserve-this is your moment. * Important:* This role is for Daytona Beach only. No remote options. No Troy or Solon applicants. Training & Launch Timeline: * Training: Nov 12 - Dec 9 \| Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5 PM (Fully On-Site) * Nesting Period: Dec 10 - Jan 7 * Hybrid Eligibility: Starting February (based on performance: 95% quality & 85% adherence) Post-Training Shifts: * 9:30 AM-6 PM or 10 AM-6:30 PM \| Monday-Friday Pay That Matches Your Hustle: * English Reps: $18/hr * Bilingual Reps (Spanish): $19.50/hr * Hybrid schedule available for top performers What You'll Be Tackling: * 40-50 inbound calls daily about homeowner insurance claims * Navigate multiple systems to find answers fast * Calm frustrated callers with empathy and professionalism * Be the bridge between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor * Document everything with precision * Make outbound calls when needed to follow up and resolve issues What You Bring to the Table: * 1-2 years of call center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations preferred) * Thick skin and a cool head under pressure * Typing speed of 35+ WPM and strong PC navigation skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * A working cellphone (for dual authentication) and reliable transportation Bonus Points If You've Got: * Insurance or mortgage experience * Experience with Medicaid/Medicare or auto claims Not a Fit If You: * Have a history of job hopping or no call center experience * Struggle with communication or professionalism Perks & Benefits (If Eligible): * Medical, dental, vision * 401(k) with pre-tax & Roth options * Life insurance, disability coverage * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Paid time off (PTO, vacation, sick leave) This is more than a job-it's a launchpad.
