Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative About the Role Are you someone who thrives on solving problems and enjoys helping others? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll assist with billing inquiries, payments, portal navigation, and general support in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding billing, payments, and account access * Provide accurate, timely, and friendly customer support * Guide customers through portal navigation and troubleshoot login issues * Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy * Perform basic math calculations to assist with billing questions * Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer inquiries * Maintain productivity, service quality, and compliance standards * Adhere to company policies, SOX regulations, and PCI procedures * Take initiative on additional tasks and projects as assigned * Be available for overtime when needed What You Bring * 1-2 years of customer service experience (contact center experience is a plus!) * High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a bonus) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) * Comfortable with multi-tasking, multi-monitor setups, and navigating web/cloud-based systems * A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for helping others Why Join Us? * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for growth and development * Competitive compensation and benefits * Make a real impact by helping customers every day Ready to make a difference? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
