About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven SaaS Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving growth through digital marketing strategies tailored to software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that generate awareness/leads, nurture/engage, and support customer retention/growth. Your work will directly impact our brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution



  • Support the channel leads in planning, launch, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, content, social, etc....)
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals


Content Development



  • Assist with creating compelling content for all channels
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored to target personas


Lead Generation & Nurturing



  • Maintain marketing funnels to assist with targeting and segmentation to ensure the right message at the right time to the right audience
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across the buyer journey


Analytics & Optimization



  • Coordinate with the Software Digital Experience & Marketing Intelligence team to track campaign performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement


Market & Competitor Research



  • Stay up to date with SaaS industry trends and competitor strategies

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis


Preferred Skills:



  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • B2B SaaS marketing
