About the Role
The Marketing Research Analyst supports the Bank's growth strategy through client-focused marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, acquisition, and retention. This role partners across all business lines to understand client and prospect behaviors, identify opportunities through data and insights, and lead Client Experience (CX) initiatives that enhance engagement and loyalty through marketing strategies.
What you'll Do
Assist in administering client experience surveys across multiple lines of business, serving as the liaison to the survey administrator to ensure accurate data selection, survey execution, and results management.
- Analyze and interpret survey results to identify trends, insights, and areas of opportunity, and prepare summaries and presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lines of business to translate client feedback into actionable strategies that can be implemented by the Marketing team.
- Develop and support strategic client experience initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance client interactions and overall satisfaction.
- Partner with Marketing to create and maintain a client experience roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and accountability for addressing areas identified for improvement.
- Work with the Marketing, Digital, and Data teams to define and refine client segments and personas using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, enabling personalized and targeted communications.
- Support the design, planning, and implementation of client engagement programs and CX initiatives, ensuring consistent touchpoints and ongoing feedback loops.
- Partner with Line of Business Leaders to drive organization-wide efforts that recognize, engage, and strengthen relationships with clients.
Qualifications
What you Bring
- 8-10 years broad experience in transformation role preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience working in consumer banking client segments, product, strategy planning required.
- 3-5 years of market research, analytics tools (Qualtrics, SPSS, Medallia, Survey Money, Google Analytics)
- Commercial skills for corporate engagement experience a plus.
- Strong business planning and strategic skills.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and persuasion skills.
- A passion for delivering excellence in all aspects of the client experience
- Critical thinker, a problem solver and someone adept at both seeing the big picture and understanding nuance.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Finance.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
