As a Security Officer - Unarmed Post - Full Time in Trenton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will contribute to a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to all individuals on-site. Pay Rate: $27.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support an orderly environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure location.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and promote adherence to site policies.
• Document and report any observed irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with site personnel and first responders as needed during emergency response activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
