*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

How You'll Perform the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting operations within the IIB (International, Industrial & Beverage) business unit that supports seven plant locations.

This position is responsible for gathering, consolidating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights that drive operational performance. The Senior Financial Analyst insights will support the development of dashboards, tools, and reports that enhance visibility into business trends and enable data-driven decision-making.

This role reports to the Finance Manager, Operations and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Plant Operations and IT.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support & coordinate budgeting and monthly forecasting activities
  • Manage capital spend
  • Lead weekly spend reviews
  • Support monthly reporting and presentation requirements with accuracy and timeliness
  • Identify & implement opportunities for automation and streamline standard reporting
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed


What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP), consolidation systems (Hyperion and/or OneStream) and data extraction processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and financial acumen
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage recurring deadlines with consistency as well as multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who can handle ambiguity and proactively improve processes
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
