Parker's Quick Coupling Division is the largest manufacturer of quick couplings in the world. A quick coupling is used to provide a fast, make-or-break connection of fluid or gas transfer lines. Our plants provide critical equipment for many different industries including Agriculture, Construction, and Data Processing. Our Quick Coupling Division is looking for an operations manager to be accountable for all operations within a division to achieve the results identified by the corporate WIN Strategy and the division Blackbook and long-term strategic plan. This role will leads a team of empowered employees to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is also directly responsible for manufacturing operations and oversight of plant management and is expected to interact with current and prospective customers, distributors and all levels of divisional personnel.
