Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved Accountable for all operations within a division to achieve the results identified by the corporate WIN Strategy and the division long-term strategic plan. Leads a team of empowered Plant Managers to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations. Provide leadership for all division operating facilities. Coordinate cross-functional activities that may include any or all functional departments. This position is directly responsible for manufacturing operations and oversight of plant management and is expected to interact with current and prospective customers, distributors and all levels of divisional personnel. - To profitably grow the business and achieve value stream, division and corporate goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Works with current and potential customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products and services.
