Manages and organizes physical and digital documents by filing, archiving, and retrieving records to ensure they are accurate, accessible, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Key responsibilities include scanning paper documents to create digital files, updating records, maintaining databases, ensuring document security, and adhering to document retention schedules

  • Verify that MTRs and mill test reports meet the required specifications.
  • Raise concerns and address potential discrepancies with the appropriate individuals.
  • Prepare certification documents for shipment which includes compiling packet cert requirements and communication with shipping.
  • Verify all certification package documents are correct. Interface as appropriate to correct any discrepancies.
  • OEM Portal Management which includes but is not limited to uploading, answering questions and fixing errors
  • Other duties as required
  • Must be computer literate, i.e. knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must have good written and verbal skills
  • 3-5 years of clerical experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent
