Logistics: Logistics: Planned Administrators Inc. (PAI) - one of BlueCross BlueShield's South Carolina subsidiary companies.

Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment to start out. Once this individual completes training this position will transition to work from home. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located at 17 Technology Circle Columbia, SC 29203.

What You'll Do:

  • Responds accurately and timely to telephone, written, and walk-in inquiries from internal and external customers. Performs administrative support functions as assigned by management.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following:

  • Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Required Work Experience: No previous work experience required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Good judgment, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence.

  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion

We Prefer That You Have The Following:

  • Preferred Work Experience: 1 year of clerical or office experience.

  • Preferred Skills and Abilities: Excellent etiquette, organizational skills and ability to learn online systems.

  • Preferred Software and Other Tools: Knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet software. Knowledge of Access or other database software.
