Reports To: Vice President, Business Operations

Position Summary:

In collaboration with the Business Operations Coordinator, responsible for the maintenance of the dealer and sales databases; generating and distributing sales reports; and generating and updating SQ requests. Assist members of sales organization to resolve discount and other SQ -related issues as well as SPIFF and rebate inquiries.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain records for each dealer partner, non-Teknion partner, and end users in Baan and Salesforce.
  • Process dealer additions and terminations.
  • Review and provide final approval on deal sheet and SQ requests received via Salesforce.
  • Assist Order Entry, Customer Service and Project Management with SQ requests and order processing issues.
  • Update field sales records on accounts, opportunities, and SQ billing records in Salesforce.
  • Provide monthly information to Finance and senior management on dealer sales results.
  • Field inquiries from field sales and dealer partners on SQs and Teknion dealer Rewards Programs.
  • Provide ongoing individual and group training for new and existing sales employees on Salesforce utilization and best practices.
  • Manage reporting and payment requirements for the Teknion Rewards Program.
  • Manage payments for the Passport Program.
  • Manage dealer registration reporting and payment implementation.
  • Manage reporting and payment to Studio TK Independent Sales Reps.
  • Support senior sales management, as appropriate.
  • Create ad hoc reports, as appropriate.
  • Prompt, reliable and regular attendance
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skill and Educational Requirements:

  • College degree required. Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
  • Must be detail-orientated with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Salesforce, Excel with the ability to learn new technologies.
