The Program Manager works collaboratively with Hopkins entities (JHU & JHHS), Baltimore City Public Schools, and additional school systems to include elementary, middle & high schools, and other non-profit organizations in developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating programs that actively contribute to the success of JHHS workforce development strategy for youth. Manages special and ongoing projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services Field (Education, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, etc.) Management, Youth/Adolescent Development, or related field required. Work Experience: Minimum of 7+ years related experience in youth program administration, coordination, & management, with a focus on high school students, at-risk, and/or academically gifted youth. Minimum of 3 years related experience in health care administration or a not-for-profit organization, using office management, handling program management, and public relations. Knowledge:
Salary Range: $37.04/hour - $61.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
