Job Details: JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Executive Support Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the broader HR leadership team. This role undertakes semi-routine tasks and applies acquired knowledge of company policies to support multiple HR functions. The position handles a range of including monitoring executive calendars, creating expense reports, planning travel, pulling reports, reviewing analytics and documents, and working in collaboration with HR leaders. The role works under established guidelines but requires limited instruction on familiar activities. The HR Executive Assistant contributes to an efficient HR environment by assisting team discussions and ensuring a smooth flow of information.
