Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital education? This postdoctoral position is designed for scholars interested in applied research careers-whether in academia or industry.
You'll contribute to projects across the full research cycle, from designing studies that advance NC State and DELTA's mission of accessible, high-quality digital education to hands-on data collection and analysis. Alongside these interactions, the role is built to allow you to impart your expertise on others and directly impact the growth of the research culture at
DELTA. For example, the postdoc will play an integral role in integrating a research hub designed to reduce barriers and support departmental colleagues' research-based practice.
While we have defined specific projects and experiences to support your growth, the position is also built to incorporate the expertise and experience of the incoming candidate. Whether that is the advancement of a line of research, the creation of targeted workshops/presentations, pursuing professional development opportunities, or searching for external grant funding to support our efforts, we will strive to provide you with an experience that aids your transition into the next phase of your career.
