About the Role We're looking for an experienced and driven Process Engineering Manager to lead our foundry process engineering team in achieving operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in shaping our manufacturing processes-from new product development to continuous improvement-ensuring we deliver the highest quality castings safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. As the Process Engineering Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of process engineers, collaborate across departments, and drive technical innovation to strengthen our foundry's performance and support future growth.
