As an Manufacturing Operations Assistant Manager, you will help drive the safe, efficient, and high-performance delivery of our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with production teams, supply chain, and site leadership to ensure that schedules, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. Purpose of the Role You will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Operations Manager in leading daily site operations-bridging the gap between strategy and execution. This means coordinating fabrication activities, managing frontline teams, and ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and sustainably. You'll also play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, ensuring material availability, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability that aligns with Worley's mission of delivering sustainable solutions for a better world.
