Position Summary

Assist Directors, AM's, and ADM's in identifying white space opportunities in accounts and programs. The Jr Account Education Manager will report to Account Education Managers and work with assigned sales representatives to properly onboard new accounts and analyze account activity to identify growth opportunities. Jr. Account Education Managers will understand the application of the full suite of ASTM products and services and work with assigned sales personnel to implement. Travel may be required: less than 10%.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Production support and coordination of onboarding and initial training for new accounts.
  • Ensure proper authentication
  • Confirm proper entitlements
  • Conduct initial training sessions
  • Evaluate usage data in managed accounts
  • Assist in identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Evaluate trends in data looking for content expansion
  • Provide customer feedback to Sales, Product Management, IT and Development teams to assist in the development of services
  • Respond to any client queries including but not limited to:
  • Questions on entitlements
  • Access issues
  • Training requests
  • Regular proactive customer content consultation and analysis
  • Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development
  • Deliver core curriculum via platforms such as Microsoft TEAMS to drive usage and product awareness
  • Act as a liaison between the clients, sales representatives, and other teams

  • Demonstrated ability in client engagement with organizations of all sizes - including Fortune 500 companies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to deliver PowerPoint, virtual and live demo presentations to groups of all sizes
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat business
  • Self-starter -- demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and issues
  • Experience with business systems such as Oracle

EDUCATION:

  • College degree preferred
