Available programs include chronic care management, joint replacement care, specialty infusion and transplant care, wound, ostomy and continence nursing, and palliative care to name a few. Henry Ford Home Health Care's services are provided by qualified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified wound, ostomy and continence nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech - language pathologists, medical social workers, dietitians, and home health aides.

General Summary
Under the supervision of the site Team Leader or Supervisor, the Occupational Therapist:

• Performs OT evaluation and treatment patient care duties as appropriate.
• Communicates effectively with patients, coworkers, physicians and other system employees as needed regarding patient care needs and adequately documents all aspects of patient care.
• Supervises/delegates to Assistant, and tech as appropriate.
• Completes necessary and accurate patient billing information.
