We are seeking a strong-willed and organized Global Inventory Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancies by reviewing electronic transaction history.
  • Create STO's (stock transfer orders) to support open orders, safety stock, and replenishment of stock levels for regional distribution centers.
  • Be a cross functional team leader to align customer priorities with current production and supply conditions.
  • Communicate potential changes to the available to promise quickly whether the change is an improvement or a delay.
  • Work with all appropriate departments to mitigate any delays.
  • Generate monthly/quarterly reconciliations of cycle counts and physical inventory levels at regional distribution centers to ensure accuracy.
  • Preparing inventory day/month end reports. Identifying and solving reoccurring inventory reconciliation issues. Responsible for generating specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on cycle counting, Inventory adjustments, Inbound performance, Inventory accuracy, outbound shipments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or supply chain or equivalent experience
  • SAP experience; preferably in S4 Hana
  • Microsoft Office experience (intermediate)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
