The Role The Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TAA) team for our Head Start programs is seeking an intern for Spring 2026. This virtual internship will provide you an opportunity to work with the Head Start TAA team and engage in the recruitment process and proactively creating talent pipelines to staff our Head Start classrooms and support services. In addition, you will utilize diverse sourcing strategies and networks for recruitment purposes while monitoring and maintaining compliance ensuring real time data is recorded and maintained daily. Location Remote - United States What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties) *not inclusive of all role responsibilities. May be subject to change
