Position Overview

Leidos is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support / Analyst to join our team supporting the ACCA5JI JINTACCS mission at our customer site in Langley, Virginia. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise in support of Department of Defense (DoD) interoperability initiatives. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the iSMART process and toolset, providing critical assistance to users across acquisition programs and other mission areas.

Primary Responsibilities

  • User Support & Help Desk Operations Deliver technical assistance to iSMART users, including acquisition program personnel, by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to the government-designated software tool.

  • Data Maintenance & Standards Integration Maintain and update toolset reference data to align with current MIL-STD baselines. This includes incorporating Interface Change Proposals (ICPs) approved by the Joint Multi-TDL Configuration Control Board (JMTCCB).

  • Research & Documentation Development Conduct research and compile information to produce Background Papers, staff studies, Talking Papers, and presentation materials as directed by government stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) and 2 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

SQL Server Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft SQL Server.

Certification: Current Security+ certification.

iSMART Expertise: At least 4 years of experience with the iSMART process and associated tools.

TDL & MIL-STD Knowledge: Minimum 1 year of experience with Tactical Data Link (TDL) networks and familiarity with relevant military standards (e.g., MIL-STD 3011, 6011, 6016, 6017, 6020, 6040, 188-220, 2045-47001).

Security Clearance: Preferred: Favorably completed Tier 1 (T1) investigation; Desired: Tier 3 / Secret clearance.
