Role Overview Seeking a Business Analyst to help oversee and manage capital spending for IT infrastructure projects. This role calls for someone with hands-on experience in infrastructure operations, strong analytical skills, and confidence using Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the full lifecycle of spending. * Participate in regular vendor meetings. * Monitor and verify invoices and equipment deliveries. * Identify and implement process improvements and performance metrics. * Coordinate intercompany billing and spending risk assessments. * Support purchase order processes. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. * At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, asset management, or project coordination. * SAP, Power BI experience. Preferred Experience * 3-5 years in IT within a large or mid-sized organization. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. * Comfortable making recommendations. * Experience managing vendor relationships. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
