Description We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative for a role in Greenfield, WI. This role is essential in delivering exceptional support to patients and clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, providing timely and effective support. * Accurately process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail. * Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records within internal systems. * Collaborate with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction. * Work closely with fellow team members to foster a supportive and productive customer service environment. * Dispense medical equipment and soft goods billed to insurance, including walkers, bath safety items, mobility aids, and orthopedic supports. * Perform accurate data entry of patient information into relevant systems. * Unpack and organize incoming shipments to maintain inventory readiness. Required Skills: * Customer service excellence * Order processing and follow-up * Data entry and order management * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Organizational and multitasking skills Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service or administrative support * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively * Dependable and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills * Healthcare or medical equipment experience is a plus, but not required Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
