Position: Patient Services Rep Location: Burbank, CA (100% Onsite) Pay: $21-23/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Description A Patient Services Rep will work as a receptionist and is responsible for assisting with front office support which includes patient intake, updating patient information/demographics, answering questions related to appointment and doctor visit, and keeping front office clean and in order when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with supporting at least 50-80 patients per day. This position requires bilingual (Spanish/English) or (Armenian/English) speaking candidates. Candidates also must have at minimum 1-3 years of experience working as a medical recepionist at minimum. Must have experience doing insurance verification, scheduling appointments, patient registration, collecting copays, and medical records and charting experience. Must have skills: * insurance verification * Must be bilingual in Spanish and English or Armenian and English * collecting copays * scheduling appointments * Hipaa * Medical Records * Customer service Experience Level Must have 1-3 years of experience at minimum as a Medical Receptionist. Also Must be bilingual in English and Spanish or Armenian Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
