*Position Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented *Bilingual Health Plan Review Specialist* to support the Cultural and Linguistic Services Manager in delivering expert written translation services. This role is responsible for translating member materials, ad-hoc requests, and internal communications from English to Spanish with precision, clarity, and cultural relevance.
*DKey Responsibilities* * Translate a wide range of documents and communications from English into Spanish, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness. * Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill translation requests and support cross-functional projects. * Maintain consistency and quality across all translated materials. * Handle multiple translation tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards. * Support the Cultural and Linguistic Services Manager with special projects and departmental initiatives. *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree in Spanish, Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Health Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years' experience in managed healthcare and/or Spanish-English written translation. * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). * Demonstrated ability to translate complex materials with accuracy and cultural sensitivity. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure. *Preferred Skills* * Experience in a call center or member services environment. * Familiarity with healthcare terminology and plan documentation. * Positive team contributor with a collaborative mindset. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
